Whether you're a regular customer or just curious about trying something new, come by and say hello.

We offer a rotating selection of fresh varieties — including Lion’s Mane, Blue Oyster, Golden Oyster, and other seasonal favorites — with plenty of tips on how to cook and enjoy them.
